Broad Hinton: WWI War Memorial

The Broad Hinton WWI memorial plaque can be found in St Peter Ad Vincula Chruch, Broad Hinton. Research on the ten names listed on this plaque was published in 2014 in an Upper Kennet Benefice booklet. A copy is held in the St Peter Ad Vincula Church, Broad Hinton and also in the Merchant’s House archives in Marlborough. After the research had been in completed in 2014 a list of another twelve men that had fallen during the war were added to the list, it is unknown to why they weren’t added to the memorial in 1918.
